Who is Wrights Corners Wine & Spirits?
Husband and wife duo, Jim and Elizabeth along with their daughter Shana opened the store back in September of 2011. We’re a local, family owned shop with all the wine and spirits you could need! We have a wide variety of brand name products as well as an extensive collection of products from our favorite New York State wineries and distilleries. We strive for excellent customer service; you'll always be greeted walking through our doors with a warm smile and a "hello" from our staff.

- Parallele 45 Cotes du Rhone 09/19/25 3-6pm
Parallèle 45 is named after the famous latitude where great wines are born worldwide.
It spans across France and passes over the cellars of Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné. A classic since 1950,
it is celebrated around the globe for its exceptional quality and generous character.Cotes du Rhone Blanc: 38% Viognier, 33% Grenache blanc, 12% Marsanne, 10% Roussanne and 7% Clairette
Hand-picked and directly whole bunch pressed. The wine is fermented at low temperature for 2 weeks in thermo-regulated tanks in order to keep all their aromatic potential. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats on fine lees.
The nose is intense and aromatic. It reveals notes of white flowers and southern fruits such as apricot. The palate is full-bodied, balanced by a lovely freshness and a delicate finish.
Food pairing: Thai salad with prawns, Cod fillet with tarragon, Traditional veal stew, Cheese platter.
Cotes du Rhone Rouge: 48% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 8% Carignan, 5% Mourvèdre and 4% Marselan.
The grape varieties are co-fermented with the grenache to fix the colour and the tannins.
Syrah is vinified separately with maceration and soft extraction that last about 3 weeks. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats and truncated cone-shaped vats on fine lees.The generosity and deliciousness of this blend reveal aromas of strawberry and redcurrant subtly elevated by selected grapes varieties with delicate spice notes for a delightfully fresh finish.
Food pairing: Charcuterie platter, Moussaka,
eggplant parmigiana, Grilled & roasted meats, Steak tartare.
